With this is mind, we strive to ensure that 100% of employees receive a minimum of 10 hour’s relevant training per annum.
We have developed an in-house training system, focusing on key areas of development for agents and managers alike.
We are confident that our easy-to-follow principles and course design enhance overall service delivery to our clients.
